Hello! My name is Manas Upadhyay and I enjoy creating things that live on the internet. My interest in web development started back in 2019 when I decided to try editing custom Tumblr themes — turns out hacking together a custom reblog button taught me a lot about HTML & CSS!

Fast-forward to today, and I had the privilege of working at an service-based agency, a start-up, a huge corporation.Currently, I am deep diving into the world of microservices, learning about high level systems.

  • Developed over 5+ interactive landing pages in Next js with advanced scroll animations using GSAP & Framer Motion.
  • Architected a scalable notification system for custom notifications over text/WhatsApp/email.
  • Collaborated with 4+ developers to build an e-commerce platform that can have 1M+ monthly visitors.
  • Reduced the response time of a backend API by an average of 2s using advanced Node.js concepts (Message Queues).
